Biased as I'm a girl. And technically since I have no money I would've died first cuz I would've jumped off the damn boat. But I can swim.

52% of children? damn If I had the chance Id run around gabbing children and putting on life boats, Oh women you don't wanna give up your kid *punch grab, put on life boat* that 52% of children survived is unacceptable I would give up my seat for a child and make sure every child got off safely before any one else.

idk... it's not an easy decision... I always wondered, why not just have the kids sit on someone's lap or something? hell, even have 2 adults cram into one seat. yeah, it might make the boat a bit unbalanced, but your ship is FUCKING SINKING.

actually, not to sound like an ignorant prick (I'm going to reguardless, but oh well), why not have enough lifeboats for everyone? say it's like 4 people to a cabin, you could probably make a rough estimate as to how many lifeboats you'd need...
again, I'm not exactly an expert on Titanic-ology, so my solution may sound a tad ingenuous (huh, my English teacher was right, I WOULD use that in real life... go figure). just sayin.

My will to survive says no, but the fact that I can't sit back and watch others suffer says yes.

Damn you, morals!

No, and I don't even need to feel bad about it since I am in the "Women & Children" category, I think anyway, does 14 count as a child?

I voted no, simply because there was no option for just the woman.

Kids can be easily replaced. Why save one? The woman would be harder to replace.

Fuck it, now I think about it, I made it to the boat first, they can drown.

Maybe, but not based on the idea that I'm male and therefore have to.
This, and exactly this. Maybe an an inherent chauvinistic instinct will spur me to it, but I definitely would. Although, I would ask for a goodbye kiss from a dame.

In modern day? Sure, why not.

If its back in those times? yeah, I would. Its whats expected of you and what you're taught. Of course you do. Besides that, children are far more valuable to the future then I would be as an adult, and women, well, they actually carry that hope, so they're more important as well.

Yes I would. Because I wouldn't be boarding the life-boats,
I'd be climbing the bow of the ship while it was nose up and swan-diving off of that *****.
It would be GLORIOUS!
And people afterward would be all, "Woah that was crazy and tragic and stuff, but did you see that guy dive off the top? He was Bad-ass!"
and I would be like "Oh yeah, that was me. It's not a big deal."

You should try and hit a boat and sink it!
