But yeah where is the "blue" option? I voted rare but that really doesn't cut it.

Technically, all blood is removed from the tissue when the animal is slaughtered. What you call blood is merely "meat juice".

Actually Blue Rare is the most raw

I like mine medium rare, nice and tender. Well done is a waste of a good steak.

I like my steak burnt to a crisp. It's not that I'm squeamish, I just like the slightly bitter taste of charcoal meat gets when it's been through hell.

Different style. But i prefer to have it bloody raw in the middle and burnt at the outside. (Throw it into searing hot oil for just a short time)

Also with good pepper and fresh onions... hmm.. great now i am hungry.

Depends on the style and person cooking it. Usually I order Medium but if my uncle's cooking Medium = Freshly Dead. Best to order well done with him.
