OT:
Personally? I'm not particularly interested in getting implants, I already have C-cup breasts, and if family history is anything to sneeze about... Well my mom had DDs and she was even smaller than me, which means I have the potential to naturally develop F-cup breasts... I'm kinda thankful they stabilized where they have. I have a close friend who I have a semi-romantic relationship with though, she's torn between the idea of me being nearly flat, or my having bigger boobies than her DDs... If we lived closer together and she asked me to have breast reduction, or to get implants, I'd do it for her. On my own I'm a lot more tempted for reduction than I am for implants though, but I really don't want either enough to go under the knife on my own. Personally I like my cleavage, I'd be pretty upset if it suddenly vanished, but if I had to have reduction, or got cancer... I'd be okay with the the down sizing, I can always wear falsies if I want em bigger after all.
For someone I know, or am dating? If they want implants, or reduction, then I'll support them... Though I'd want to be sure they'd be do it for their own overall happiness, not to meet the demands of society. I also wouldn't ask anyone to physically alter themselves for me... Unless it's body shaving, that's something I will ask for, though not demand. Satin bed clothes are better all around if you got no body fur.
Also.... What about guys who want to have boobs? Personally I like boobs and I see no reason that they should be restricted to women. Everyone should have the option to have tits. Seriously this is like gendering clothing. It's silly to make it a sex exclusive thing, everyone should have the option to have boobs.
