the song dosen't make me wanna cry though, but it is a very powerful song, sung by a man with the life to make you feel it

sticking with song, several
'i wish you'd stay' - Brad Paisly, the video, to be precise,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MV-kzLZs650

'whiskey lullaby' (again the video)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZbN_nmxAGk

'when i get where i'm going' (again, video goes along way here)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYHT-TF4KO4

here's one from Tracy Lawrence
'if i don't make it back'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ixdK_XpXlg

and lastly, Criag Morrgan 'this aint nothin'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSdItuvBxc8

i defy you to not cry at one of those

>.>
<.<
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AHnQtY1bg4 'water'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F16OciDmQ7g 'mr policeman'
nether are sad :D, figured a giggle might be in order after the above

but there's been a few animes that have, the odd movie, that have as well, i figure if the scene is sad, and it gets to you, then the cast/animators did they're job right,

so no, i feel no shame that some media's have gotten tears from me, means i'm not as jaded as i think i am

Moreso the first.
Those will make anyone cry that has a greater emotional range than a toster, yet again there was that one movie The Littlest Toaster or whatever that made me cry so...

I probably cry less than a lot of women, but there are moments that make me genuinely tear up and cry. The Ending of "Goddess of Spring" by P.C. Cast, and the song "100 Years" by Five for Fighting (especially since I lost my mother).

List got extended to three - Fry's dog dies, and the last 15 minutes of Toy Story 3.

Damn, those were sad.

I've cried during a plethora of Disney movies and Dan Abnett likes to make me cry at a rate of at least once every two books....fucking bastard.
Can't say anything about Disney movies, but Dan Abnett? I love his books and I've never had a tearjerker moment from him yet. I'd submit "Legend" by David Gemmel for your consideration though :D

Really? I only cried when he left the chairs on top of the cliff. Less so when it showed the house there. Carl and Ellie didn't really get enough screen time for me to get emotional yet. Dammit I want to watch that movie now.

I also teared at the Futurama episode Luck of the Fryrish when we see the inscription and Fry puts the clover back. I just thought Jurassic Bark was sad, but not tear worthy.

I cried several times when watch Clannad and Kanon... those animes are so damn good.

I also cried once when watching Futurama. The end of the "Jurassic Bark" episode really got to me.

The very end of Battlestar Galactica made me cry, it was so emotionally draining and satisfying.

I fucking loved that show.
Oh man, I loved that show too. Especially that scene in the Raptor, you know the one.

Toy Story 3 like a lot of people said. I tried to fight back the tears, I really did! But...it just happened. Almost everyone in my family cried.

Futurama has some really good ones. This past season had a tender ending with Hermes that was done well.

Code Geass R2 episode 13. Thats all I will say about the matter.

Those last four episodes of Wolf's Rain. I mean...jeez.

I also remember watching the first Pokemon movie. I was crying my eyes out.

Finally, the Enies Lobby arc of One Piece. I mean...damn. That was pretty sad, very heartbreaking.

When Robin is desperately asking Olivia if she is her mom(which she is). However, Olivia tries not to get Robin involved to save her from the wrath of the government, and says no. Robin then goes into a whole speech on how she's waited for her mom to come back; to hold her hand and go on walks with her. Robin just wants to be with her mom. The whole time, Olivia is fighting back the large amounts of tears to not incrimiate Robin.

Then in the end, when they DO get back together, Robin has to leave her mom and the rest of her people behind. Saul, the only other friend shes made, is frozen and killed in ice, and the rest of the people on the island including her mom, are dead. For the next 11(?) years, Robin is then on the run from the marines and the government, blaming her for something THEY did.

Yep. I want to sit down and watch it straight through again like I did the first time, but now I have a job and school, so I don't have the time...

I have never cry once from any form of medias (I'm not think it's manly not to cry and I'm don't think it's a good thing I haven't cry from TV, game etc yet). The closest I ever gotten to crying was that my eyes tear up from that scene near the end of the film "Grave of the fireflies".
