Of course, if they look human enough but aren't human it makes it much more exciting. Take a Demon Girl with Dark Purple or Red Skin for instance, they have the body of a humanoid supermodel so they aren't alienating, but at the same time they're odd and different to a human woman giving that bit of taboo and edge to them. Even a Slime Girl, quite inhuman with slime skin and the ability to morph their body at will, is still quite attractive and intriguing.
Obviously the amount of inhuman qualities one finds attractive depends on the person, but I think its quite natural to find things that are inhuman enough to intrigue us yet human enough to not alienate us attractive.

That... depends. Am I willing to have sex with, say, a centaur or werewolf or something? No. They're far too animal like and in reality they wouldn't be nearly as handsome or beautiful as they are in games or comics. Elves or animal ears/tail, then sure. They're mostly human, after all.
