Centaurs, mermaids or minotaurs are where I draw the line; not fucking anything without a human face and lower body.
Other than that, sure I would, provided I found them attractive of course. Elves and Asari? Obviously; they're essentially human as far as my senses are concerned. Androids/human looking robots? Sign me up (Provided they're capable of feeling sexual desire). Witcher style succubi and other humanoids with hooves? Sure, I'm down for that.

Eh, I'd do the centaur. Sounds like a fun time! I'm sure she'd have much higher standards of personal hygiene than a horse, and besides that, I find female centaurs pretty sexy in their own right. On topic. Yup. So long as it doesn't veer /too/ far away from Human, not that I have an issue with those that are in to that, but personally, An Asari or Draenai sure, a Turian? Not so much.
With furry things, I'd say anything more severe than anthro does zero for me, and even then, there are a lot of species which are weird to me. Saying that, Miia from Monster Musume would be an exception to that rule. I'm not really sure why. Might be because she's clearly designed to be sexed up.

Sure. As long as it was at least as smart as a human and I was attracted to it. I doubt anything non-biological would make the cut, or anything non-bipedal. Stuff that looked too alien would probably be out too. Furries, you know, anthropomorphic intelligent animal people would be on the maybe list, the fur and stuff might make it to weird, or they might not. Something like Draenei from WarCraft would be fine though.

I think so, yeah. I mean, that robot they used in Ex Machina was VERY realistic, but still, it's pretty much a bunch of metal, wires and some rubber skin. Nominating it for oscars and having it in other movies was a little silly, but it shows what robots can do.

The long answer is, well .. for robots and non-living stuff, i think a sex-bot is my pick, she has to have some AI that reacts to my actions/voice in some way, sleeping or fucking a silent plastic doll resembling a human is too awkward for me, a flesh-light is fine since it's a tool for masturbation but dolls without an AI take it a bit too far for me.
As for sentient creatures, hmmm .. usually we have two distinctions, mythological/magical creatures and aliens .. i have no problem sleeping with either of them if:-
1-The have to be fully sentient and there is a way for us to communicate (telepathy, translator device, ..etc etc), magical creatures seem to always know our language somehow so it won't be a problem with say a Nymph or a female Centaur.
2-Our biology has to be compatible, as in sleeping with them wouldn't physically hurt me or hurt them (biology is probably a problem with aliens only, for magical creatures sex related magic curses can be a problem too i think, for example .. sleeping with a female undead, demon or succubus is generally a very bad idea).
3-They have to be at least 50% human, so any hybrid magical creature or humanoid alien are both fine (pretty much all the aliens in Mass Effect except the Hanar and Elcor), most fantasy creatures are fine too.
