Looks like your trend was off. Males are 2:1 and females 3:2 in favor of sex-change sneezing, although the lack of the opposite gender on this site doesn't help.

Can't say I understand why someone would rather have the frequent sex changes. Sounds pretty damn painful.

You know that Reddit is a group of scavengers of the internet, right?
Eventually everything can get back to that, I doubt that Reddit was where the question was first asked and it certainly wouldn't be the last place to have it asked.
But at least now I can say I've been to reddit once.

I have to ask this though... imagine you're a woman and are having sex and you sneeze while the man's penis is inside... What happens than (or heck even when fingers or anything else are inside)? Also since men have bigger feet what happens if you're wearing shoes fitting your female form? What if you sneeze while giving birth? (heck... what if you sneeze while pregnant?)

The more I think about it the more the muffin option seems to be the most rational choice unless you suffer from a severe muffin addiction.

gender sneezing definitely, I'm reasonably happy with my defining parts, but not so much that I would run the risk of eating a baby just to stick with them all the time, male here by the way, and also, what of context? I think I'd know to steer clear of muffins in high-chairs, whereas I imagine store-bought muffins would be ok, surely I wouldn't be blind to the context surrounding the muffin, but regardless, I value being able to trust my senses more than I value being male, actually gender swapping sounds like it could lead to a lot of hilarious situations, so yeah, sign my ass up for that

Gender sneezes without a doubt. I love muffins too much to risk them smelling and making annoying noises.

I picked baby muffins, because I don't ever eat them. Don't like them, and doughnuts are better.
Besides. You can just ask someone else if it's a baby or not.

My sneezes usually come in pairs, so they'd probably cancel each other out. Plus I'm not a very masculine man, so unless I grow boobs people might not notice the difference.

And I'd be a miserable girl anyways, and sneeze all the time, and am already confused enough about everything else, let alone my gender and my sexual orientation.

My concern with my personal gender identity is about strong as my concern for the political climate on Jupiter.

Suffice to say, having the semi-random, semi-controllable ability to swap sex would be AWESOME. It would be very informative, at the least, and extremely fun at most.

Some may see problems here, but I see opportunities.
I'd also make sure to bring pepper with me all the time.

Muffin baby option just doesn't seem like it has as many opportunities.
