Video games, no contest whatsoever.
You stacked the deck something fierce there. I can either have a nearly infinite supply of entertainment, or a single human being. Even if it was the most beautiful, perfect person in the universe, and they would do my bidding for the entire year, there's still nothing else in the room to occupy yourselves with!! Meanwhile, you've offered me every game in existence, past generations, too. I could kill a year EASILY with video games; Hell, I've already killed nearly a full decade of my life with them, and I still haven't played a few of the really good ones. And as for "not having Internet," PFFFT! Dude, there are thousands of great games that don't even know what the fuck Internet is, much less how to connect to it!
The only way I could see to stack things more in favor of the human is to A. restrict the game choices to a single console, and/or B. allow both parties the ability to alter the other person's form to their liking, basically to both allow for some variety throughout the year, and maybe allow either party to indulge in their (secret) sexual fantasies, since I can't imagine why you'd isolate yourself with a single human being for any other reason.
