"PS3 is so much beter than the 360. Dont get me wrong, i like xbox 360, but compared to the PS3, saddly, it fails. there are so many things u can do on PS3 it is actualy incredable. yes the fat one was a bit of a fail. but the slim i cant fault it. blu-ray discs _ free online play _ internet access _ vid zone _ sixaxis controlers _ playStation plus _ recargable controlers _ DVD upscaling _ PS Home _ PS store _ less kids with mics, the list is endless, Does the xbox 360 compare. Side note, when i started playing games (this was back in the 6th generation of gaming), i was a major PS2 fanboy, and he was a major Xbox fanboy, eventually I agreed the XBOX was better and forgot about the ps2, now the roles have reversed it seems.

As I said in a 360 vs PS3 thread, it all comes down to what you personally prefer. If he prefers the PS3, fine by me. If he's going to be a dick about me liking the 360, not so fine by me.

As someone who owns both, the 360 blows the PS3 out of the water when it comes to its online features. The contoller feels better too, but that's just a preference thing. To be honest, neither of them have one great feature that would make me choose one over the other.

Fanboys will be fanboys.

Gotta say, I love your friend's syntax.

And I fail to see why the Sixaxis controller is a big plus? And "_internet access_"? Sorry, but the Xbox360 has internet access too, even though you must pay for Gold membership.

We could go with a list praising the Xbox360 as well. But it's pointless!

The fellow Canadian stole the words from my brain. So few games use Six Axis (it's usually optional) and I was actually surprised when KillZone 3 asked me to turn the controller.

I wonder what he's trying to start with having that as his 360 live status

I was there when the Playstation controller only had the Digital Pad as opposed to analog sticks, I was there when the N64 was released and the next day Sony had added the sticks, I was there when the Rumble Pack was released and then Sony added rumble to the Dualshock 2.

I have reasons why I no longer like Sony or the Playstation brand, one of the major ones is how the PS3 fanboys act.

He is also wrong on many things:

blu-ray discs - because you SHOULD re-buy all of your movies every few years, I already have the ability to play blu-ray disks, this does not affect my buying thoughts.

free online play - I wouldnt call it "Play" as much as "the ability to hack and troll the fuck out of players without any regard to one's account. Got Banned? remake new account free of charge.

internet access - Because neither the Wii or 360 can access the internet.

vid zone - I have a playstation, but instead of playing games on it I want to watch videos!

sixaxis controlers - motion rip-off, Wii did it first.

playStation plus - Protip: Dont flaunt that you have free online play, then also flaunt that you have subscriptions too, idiot.

recargable controlers - both the Wii and the 360 ALSO have this, idiot.

DVD upscaling - and? the 360 has Upscaling also, the point of making a point is fact checking.

PS Home - if you have to use PS Home as a "reason the PS3 is better", you are failing. HARD.

PS store - yet again with the "we have free online play, but let me tell you about things you need to pay for!", the 360, Wii, and PC all have virtual stores.

less kids with mics - is that because no one ever buys a mic? I mean, you already payed for a console, I wouldn't expect the maker box it with a microphone also. oh, wait, the 360 comes with mics out of the box.

the list is endless - no it is not, or else you would of continued going on.

Does the xbox 360 compare - Sony announced that Microsoft has won the most units sold, and are now focusing on making better products, if I remember that Escapist article right.

Didn't you just use double standards? I thought the 360 came with buy batteries controllers and you had to buy recharable ones. Then you talk about the less kids with mics things ...

I don't think the 360 can web browse and the playstation plus is kind of the opposite of XBL, with XBL you need to pay to play online, PS+ you don't have to pay to play but you get stuff cheaper and other nice things like beta access.
