But I see what you're getting at.

Seems like someone never saw the R rated Die Hard 4. There is a definite difference between PG-13 and R rated movies, or at least, there really should be.WhiteTigerShiro said:Topics like this make for a good age-check. If someone is raging, you know they're in the 13-20 bracket. If they don't give a damn, it's a safe bet that they're 21 and over and have barely even heard of this kid, much-less care if he's in the movie. Also... PG-13 doesn't really bug me. I honestly barely notice the difference between a PG-13 and an R movie, so I doubt it'll hurt the movie that much.
But I hate him in everything.ultimateownage said:So, you all hate Zac Effron because you think he's a terrible actor? Have you ever seen him not acting? If he's able to make you all think he's actually the character in High School Musical, then that shows how good an actor he is.
I'm with this guy. I'll admit I'm bad at judging actors myself, but from what I've heard a lot of people say he's really talented. People need to remember actors are just that, actors, not the roles they play (and not their fanbase either for that matter). Just because he was in High School Musical, that doesn't mean it's the only character he can play.Gxas said:In this thread, people will complain about having Efron play the role while not taking into account how he is actually a damn fine actor.
Seriously, just because he was in HSM doesn't mean he is shit. He made a hell of a lot of money off of those movies too. Best damn business decision he could have made in my mind.
That's the problem right there. Akira is supposed to be violent, it's the world it's set in. You don't get biker gangs giving out flowers, you get them beating the shit out of each other because that's the violent future they live in.Logan Westbrook said:Warner Bros. is said to be aiming for a PG-13 rating, which may mean a lot of content gets cut or otherwise altered.
