Here's an idea, why not go off what is put into the comic for costume suggestions? Instead of letting Van Floyd from downtown Beverly Hills design it.

I... Don't actually notice a difference.

Sorry guys, failure that never got into comics here.

He needs boots, but otherwise I see no issue with the costume.

..Although I hate how your eyes are almost lured into scanning all of those little muscle outlines all the way down the costu- Oh god, damn you! >_<

To me it just looks... I dunno, what's the word?
Identical.

Sorry, where there supposed to be differences to what was shown months ago?
If there are, I really cannot see them. Like, at all.

I wasn't going to see the movie anyway; the whole magic ring thing just came off as wierd to me.

WOW I am total impressed with the new trailer! I watch the other one the other day and was completely let down! after seeing this new trailer I'm excited :) !!!!

to bad these comic book films are just getting churned out! if they were made for the fans they would be epic but wouldn't make as much money!

As someone who never read a single Green Lantern comic in my whole life, I must say this costume looks great and much better than any picture of a costume from the comic.

Wasn't Green Lantern's powers based upon his imagination?

Why does it have to have a scientific/organic look to it?

Why not just the classic spandex uniform everyone else is imagining?

Is his head supposed to be that big? 'Cause it makes Ryan look kind of frog-ish.

I'm not really well known with Green Lantern, but this new suit just looks like the Spidey suit...except green.

Not bad, but it's looking a little tight there. I think we're past the point of it showing a bulge, and into the "Green Lantern Body Condom" zone. Then again, at least you'd never have to worry about it breaking, I can't think of another sitiuation in which your willpower could get any stronger.

It's hilarious to see how people get their panties in a bunch over this. Makes me feel weird about liking comic books. I wonder, did people go apeshit like this 10 years ago when Spidey's costume didn't have webbing under the armpits...?

For the record, I thought the trailer rendition of the costume looked absolutely fine, and so does this one. I have nothing against the organic look. The only thing that looks strange is the mask, but then again that's because that kind of mask just doesn't translate well into real life.

I'm not sure I can say I like anything about that costume. It's up there with the nippletastic atrocity Clooney had for Batman & Robin. The toes on this monstrosity, as people have already mentioned, look horrific. Why are we seeing the bones of his feet?? Also, Mr. Lantern, I gotta give it up for my man Plinkett and ask, "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR FACE!?!!?"
