i might have said skyrim, but i havent got it yet due to buying saints row 3 and running out of space on my hard drive for any more games, so im not getting anymore games until ive worked out how to upgrade my ps3 and got the new hard drive needed.

On another topic, considering how much some people banged on about it, im surprised mw3 isnt that common on this.

Once I get around to playing Uncharted 3, that'll likely bump Skyrim out of my top 3, though. Edit: Dark Souls also has the potential to take third place. But, like Uncharted 3, I haven't gotten to it yet. Probably won't for quite a while. I only have time for one massive RPG at a time!

3. Shadows of the Damned (this game deserved a bit more attention than it got, although it's far from perfect)

The HD version of Shadow of the Colossus is actually the best game I've played this year,
although I like Portal 2 almost as much. I haven't played ICO yet, though.

I played a bit of both Catherine and El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron and I'm looking
forward to getting back to them when I have time.
