Well thats not that great. I knew Spain would win. In fact, I've predicted the outcome of every sporting event of the last 30 years correctly. It doesn't matter that I'm only 18, I did it, and I was right 100% of the time. So take that you stupid octopus
They weren't awarded a blatant corner that would have given them an attack instead of giving the ball to the opposition, That's what they were moaning about. And please, if you're Football illiterate, don't try and claim Holland were the thugs and Spain weren't. The amount of dissent, dives and shirt tugged performed by the Spanish was just as bad as those by the Dutch - not to mention some of the tackles...Wadders said:
THANK YOU. Some of those calls were insane, I mean yeah, the Dutch deserved almost all of their cards, but the ref ignored so many Spanish fouls it was embarassing. I am referring to, what my sports-knowledgeable friends call, a "flop", where a player intentionally feigns injury and the seriousness of contact with another player to cause the official to impose a penalty on that player.
Seriously, I am embarrassed to be a human being after watching this, and will never watch another soccer game again, as I was also told that it was the norm throughout the sport.
I am referring to, what my sports-knowledgeable friends call, a "flop", where a player intentionally feigns injury and the seriousness of contact with another player to cause the official to impose a penalty on that player.
