Stupidest thing to ever be banned?

On my highschool, smoking wasn't allowed on school grounds. So everyone took 1 step outside of the fence and smoked. Pretty damn stupid if you ask me.

Ever heard of "Passive Smoking"? I think that's the real reason for this "stupid" ban, personally I gag whenever I inhale cigarette smoke, I doubt I'm the only one who finds it utterly disgusting.

Personally I hate the Anti-Smoking Groups, Posters, and Ads so much...I smoked my first cigar. And while I now only smoke in times of really really really great triumph...I still did smoke just because those guys can't make a simple statement without holding me down and beating me senseless with the point.

TL;DR bad writing and stupid assembly skits should be banned in schools.

When i was in school playing football was completly banned on school grounds after a football was blown off the pitch on a very windy day and hit a girl ane her parents complained to the school. I wonder if there was a connection to the ban and the school football team not winning another game that year

A county near where I grew up banned Harry Potter from public schools for years. This was the same county in Georgia who required a disclaimer in all science text books stating that evolution is just a theory and encourages students to consider all the alternatives.

Didn't they ban Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs from the United States on the grounds that "It's like hiding something within something else, so it teaches kids about contraband".

If not that reason then for some other reason. I just know I heard that they banned them.

I never had Kinder Surprises. I had Yowies. A australian company (I can't remember if they had chocolate with them) which distributed containers with little buildable toys which genreally did a little motion and all thoe yowie animal toys were australian animals. And then there were the actual Yowies which were the "keepers" of the australian environments. Sounds a bit silly but was fun to collect them
My point is that banning kinder surprises isnt so bad. JUST HAVE A YOWIE!

This, as it's pretty serious. Australia is easily the most right wing, fascistic country in the west, but this is damn ridiculous. There are plenty of women who have to deal with image issues constantly, especially if they have smaller breasts, and then for the government to go ahead and reaffirm these personal issues by claiming that small breasted women aren't fully matured women at all. Damn, what a load of cunts.

This and the inability to create a small chested women in games. It's not a banning so much, but it relates the issue above. Marijuana as well. In fact, loads of crap, the world is shite, and people are worse
