The pretentiousness of those publishers is astounding. They primarily employ third or fourth-string development teams to create Wii titles and then act all suprised that they are not selling millions. This isn't rocket science, the reason for the success of Nintendo titles is quite simple. They employ their best and brightest to develop games for the platform, not some random Joe Shmoe they picked up from the streets. These publishers will have to do the same if they are hoping to achieve similar results.
But to be quite honest, I think the real reason why they are trying to avoid the Wii is beacuse they don't want it to remain successful...afterall, big publishers much prefer console manufacturers that rely mostly on third-party titles, since it forces those manufacturers to help fund and advertise major third-party titles.
