I've never taken professional lessons, but I've been known to draw a lot on my spare time.

I usually draw in a hybrid anime/graphic novel style thing, I can upload some of that stuff if anybody cares.

I've been a busy little bee since my last visit to the thread.
Since of course I've been working on my student movie which is only two days away from it's deadline, So next time I might have a movie to show off.

Anyway, considering the movie itself is heavily comic based I thought it'd be a laugh to get all credits as pictures of the characters.

So I've worked up a whole bunch.

These were all done within the last two days, the only reason this was made possible is because my brand spanking new Wacom Intuos4 turned up a few days ago and it has done nothing but speed up my level of production when it comes to my cartoons.

(If you're wondernig why some of the people seem to appear twice but with tags on their faces, they've become zombies by that point, hense the ressurection talisman thing...

So yeah, enjoy those until I show up in a few days with my movie, provided it get's finished in time.

I am unaware as to the method of inserting an image into this forum. I has an image or two I sketched with my new tablet, but I know not how to display them.

You type [ img ] and [/img] with the URL in the middle.
But you take out the spaces.

I'm not even close to an artist. The only thing I do that I could "show off" are my movie reviews, I suppose. cinemaic.blogspot.com

I write a lot, but I don't want to post my favorite articles on here, as they're are usually pictures associated with them. Here are some links to a few of my favorites, and them a link to all of my works on my site.

Zombie Apocalypse Protocol for Dorms
Zombie Apocalypse Protocol for Camping
Stereotypes of XBox Live

Other articles by me, you just have to sort through them, there is a few pages.

Well done. You clearly know your way around with a pen but you seem to have a style I often corelate with printmaking (particularly intaglio). You should try and work with composition though. Despite your ability to render your composition isn't bad, its just very standard. That said you have very confident lines and rendering abilities. What are the dimensions of these?
After looking at these I now have the urge to look at puppies and rainbows to even everything out.

'Thing I'm putting together for a Demoreel, a train I could go on about, but I'll just say it was inspired by the New York Central Hudson [http://www.kahndog.com/Photogallery/02-2007/TRN2051HudsonSteamlocoNo.54.jpg], Pennsylvania RailRoad Q2 [http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b5/PRR_Q2.jpg], S1 [http://www.northeast.railfan.net/images/tr_prr6100.jpg] and T1 [http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/07/T1_color_photo.jpg]. If you're clicking on these links, you may as well also look up Raymond Loewy [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Loewy] and Sir Nigel Gresley [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sir_Nigel_Gresley].

Should be done within a week or so, I started on it last Thursday. Still needs some more minor details, tracks, an environment, particles (Smoke, Steam) and a few more materials fixed up. The Valve gear was a certain pain in a certain rear, but now it looks awesome.
