I thought every man knew this already.

Women are freaking crazy.
END OF FUC**** THREAD!!!!!

hehe, yeah, women are crazy men are pigs etc.

Women also like breasts, as in a man with a well trained body who isn't completely "flat".
But womens breasts are used for something (breastfeeding) and they are a lot more, out there than male boobs (generally speaking) so it's like us guys flashing our dicks, they don't have it, it's turned outside = private or sexually offended...

That section up there is confusing and I have no idea what I'm trying to say...

Oh he's one of those people that we anime fans don't talk about. The kind that doesn't just have love pillow sex, but love pillow orgies with multiples different pillows. I'm going to have to ask that you pretend that it never happened, pretend you never knew him, and just let my team take care of this. You saw nothing.

Also, apologies for the misinterpretation :)
Please make sure the items are fully incinerated, they are somewhat...dirty...

Ironically he doesn't have any love pillows, just a bunch of videos and a preference for his hand over me...
Or to keep on topic, he doesn't have any love pillows but he doesn't have any love for MY pillows either! (Sorry, my sense of humour is somewhat childish ^_^)
Item disposal is not my department. As for his hand, have you seen what the whore will do? She's a dirty girl.

Sounds like he needs pillow re-education.

Yup, first rule to men. When a woman starts a conversation, CONTINUE IT.

"lol, yeah, the cartoon women really are overdone, I wish they would draw them more realistically". Then actually talk to the girl...
Mr Cwtchy said:
Why would you want to converse with a girl who feels the need to lecture people she doesn't even know?
Eh? It's a discussion forum. We're discussing. I don't see the problem. I think things have been going rather smoothly.
The hardest thing in the world is opening a conversation with the opposite sex when you are young.

Even if the girl said, word for word, when the OP claims, the tone or thinking behind it is biased by his own insecurities. He didn't say ANYTHING in return, that, combined with his obvious dislike of the "jocks" suggests that he just assumes it was negative.

It's actually a perfect opening for a conversation if the guy has the brains to respond to it. She could easily have meant it in a teasing way. Or she could have just been having a bad day and a friendly response would have opened the door to more in the future.
This assumes, of course, that the gentleman in question wants anything to do with this woman in the first place, which isn't exactly a given. I mean, she's opened a conversation with a criticism, which, even if meant in a teasing way (which I'm admittedly finding quite doubtful), has obviously not come across that way for whatever reason. Offending someone is not really a good opening move in any social situation. Anyway, all this is rather besides the point. If he had wanted advice on getting a girl, or even just interacting with them, he would have asked for it. That's not what he asked however.

OT: Yes, the way breasts are over-sexualized and sensationalized makes a lot of girls sensitive about them, especially if they themselves are lacking in that area. It's just part of the culture we live in, and one of the more exaggerated aspects of the near-unattainable kinds of bodies many people idealize. I can at least understand where she was coming from, although to simply throw that at a random stranger is a little presumptuous and likely to offend. My girlfriend happens to be flat-chested, and she's pretty insecure about that fact, despite my protests that I love her body the way it is, and she tends to be bothered by the amount of attention breasts are given. It's just another mine in the minefield that is interaction between the sexes.

You hit the nail on the head there. I'd just like to point out that while a good number of men look at breasts first, most of my friends and I look at the face first ;)
Women have faces!?
Nope, that's just a convienient myth. A woman's face is actually a secret third breast.

True story.

Personally, not a fan og Gainaxing [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Gainaxing] myself. Just distracts from the rest...

As for the discussion on hand... actually, I got nothing to really add...

No. Just... no. I get that you're trying to be funny, but that kind of discrimination, especially against transsexuals, is a serious issue.
Oh lighten up. I'm sure a few of them would actually embrace these words with a positive connotation.

I know I do, as well as anyone else who has ever felt different.

I'm not at all against using the internet for 'personal reasons', but unless I have them 'out' I am not usually wanting them to have any attention. Hence dressing up to go out.

It turns out that breasts are a lot like genitals from the point of view of the female brain.

Why nipples stimulate the same area of the female brain as genitals do [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2022385/Why-nipples-stimulate-area-female-brain-genitals-do.html]

Over the years I've found this knowledge useful for explaining many things. It should be standard cultural knowledge.

Was this two separate thoughts originally? If not how does one have the internets "out"?

This was clearly a case of fingers going much slower than brain! I was referring to having my breasts 'out' and the first bit was about the internet. Come on hands, keep up!

Ah, well that clears things up a bit, although I must admit I am a little disappointed now, I was hoping there were girls out there with the internet on their chest, ah well

That would be awesome!!

And on a side note, you have managed to confuse me twice in one day, it took me a good 5 mins to figure out why your name wasn't the same name as the one I quoted XD

Several problems here. The first being that there is no way to definitively extrapolate whether or not the OP found the lady in question attractive and even then if he actually has any interest in pursuing her. I don't know about the OP, but personally if I'm minding my own business and someone approaches me completely unprovoked simply to throw some condescending lecture or obnoxious potshot at my personal tastes my way, then I don't give a shit how attractive the guy/girl in question is, at the best of moods I'll offer up a snarky retort, but more likely than not I'll tell them to fuck off and stop bothering me (or more to that effect, than those exact words). Personality means a hell of a lot more than physical attraction in my book and I really don't take kindly to people encroaching on my personal space or insulting me without warrant, so I've no qaulms about getting rid of them and first impressions are rather crucial. I mean even if you're working from the assumption that she was being jocular and simply wanted to start up a conversation, why in the hell would you open with that? Why would they risk making such a piss poor first impression that could risk the person they're speaking to seeing them as a rude and invasive jerk? Surely if you're looking to get an actual conversation out of someone you'd open with something less condescending and inflammatory like 'Hey, whatcha reading there?' or something innocuous to that effect. It's pretty myopic on her part, to think there's no way for the other person to construe the kind of introduction she gave as patronising and invasive. The fact that the OP said nothing would indicate to me that he simply did not want to talk to her (personally nor would I in such a scenario) and to that effect he got a positive outcome as she decided to leave. The impression I get is that she was just looking to insult or mess with him; I've had guys who I can definitively say were straight pestering me in similar circumstances to try and work me up for their amusement and a response if not delivered right, may have dragged out the conversation and given her the satisfaction. The OP doesn't sound particularly fond of her, so I imagine he got exactly what he wanted from his silence. :D

No problem at all, nothing bad came from it, except my friend standing next to me probably won't let me live this down for awhile

Men are seemingly allowed to admire a woman's legs and hips as much as they want, but as soon as they move a little bit further north they become perverts or pigs.
I don't know where are you from, but in my country you could be called a pervert if you "admire" at a woman's ass. Also, it probably didn't help that you were looking at a cartoon's boobs, which can only be intentionally designed to titillate the audience.
I guess the aesop of the story is: don't stare at women. You may think they could take your "admiration" as a compliment, but its not. That's a general rule of thumb that I guess works well in every culture.

I kid, sort of.

I think it's because she thought you were looking at a fake woman from a show like some one else said.
