Seeing as it's been nearly exactly the same for the three years I've been on the site, I damn near had a heart attack when I loaded it up a few minutes ago. I'm glad you guys are trying to improve things, but, well, it smacks of what I'm calling "Web 3.0", with the two-color scheme, the script-heavy dropdown menus, and the fancy fonts...basically the trend to make everything look more like Facebook. Hell, even Google fell for it.
So I must ask...is all of this really necessary? Sure, it's pretty, but it's a pain in the ass to navigate, the front page is a mess of headlines and images, and the fonts get all choppy in the smaller text boxes. Don't fix what isn't broke, eh?
