Yea I liked the platinum starters, torterra was pretty cool.

OT: Yea anyone ever notice that the grass starter always has the "too cool for school attitude", the fire starter is either joyful or intense, and the water starter is somewhere in the middle.

I am not too keen on this new guys though.

well it turns out the Grass Type is a snake (except it has feet, so yeah wtf?), fire obviously a pig, and water an otter. I honestly think i might go with Grass snake but idk i gotta see their second stage.

Fire Pig > Flaming Beastly Boar
Grass Snake > Grass Dragon
Otter > Uh, more badass otter?

yep have to agree, these are the most ugliest starters ever. if i HAD to pick one, id say.. the grass one because its slightly better than the other two. the fire pig reminds me of those pig things from pikmin that shoot fire from thier noses.

OMG it's obvious where this is going. Everytime they make new pokemon they get weirder and weirder. The first 150 where somewhat normal animal like, the second 100 where admititly stranger then the first but stil within bounds and then the first WTF pokemon came to existence. Ofcourse that was nothing compared to the D/P/P pokemon because they were just f#$cked up.

And now we have this I mean who makes shit like this up, you need to be 5 years old and have banged your head against the wall several times to come even close to this. I'm just relieved that they still look organic, however looking at the water....... thing! How long do you think it will take before some japenese guy screams out lets make mecha pokemon (while slamming his head betwoon the door) and all the other game developers shoutout "That's a great idea" (while trying to wear there shirts for pants) sigh......

Sorry for my language I normally don't talk like this but I'm getting fed up with developers screwing with gameseries that I have fond childhood memories of.

These look.... pretty bad =/ The only starter pokemon I never really liked was Trecko but all of these can join him in that list.

Grass one might be the one I pick (even though I usually go for fire) - Nothing really special about it, its just the better one out of the three
Fire Pig? Are you kidding me? There hasn't been any that has topped Charmander yet (imo) but the others have at least been comparable?? A pig is just takin the mick -.-
aand my opinion of that water thing is too colourful for me to share, but in a nutshell - it looks... awful.

I have to admit - this has given me hope about their final evolutions ^^ I'll just wait and see if they can make them as badass as Im picturing now!

Wow, I might just jump on the "new generations are bad" bandwagon. I hate otters and I hate pigs. Well, the pig doesn't look that bad, but I can see where it's going:

Kick ass, but I'm am NOT a boar fan.

Grass-type looks cool though, and I like the Zoroarks.

i could so use like 3 of those!
