This would be nice if it weren't for all the restrictions, people still gave two shits about WoW, and it wasn't a poorly implemented version of something that should have been in the game a long time ago.
I'd like to know why they're only just adding it when fans have been demanding it for some time now, hell there was even something like this on that April fool's update.

I mean, I'm mildly disappointed I can't make my leather armor look like cloth...but I understand the reasoning behind the restriction. I just think most of the cloth armor looks cooler.

To the people saying they are copying Rift/Aion/some other game: No. The fanbase has been begging for exactly this since launch, so the only game that would really have effected the original idea would be EverQuest.
To the people saying WoW is dyeing: Say that to the 11 million active accounts currently playing. I think the best of the rest has what, a little over 1 million?
To the people saying Blizzard quality has slipped... Eh, I blame the hardcore gamers and possibly Kotick. Wrath some far more people having far more fun than Cataclysm, so of course you turn your back on that model.

This is cool but, as an ex WoWer, I'd prefer if if they simply stopped making the armour sets ugly. They're way too over the top. I'm a cunning hunter, not a warrior with a bow.
They Scratched that as a raid and are adding a war of the ancients HEROIC along side 2 new heroics , I think they are rushing to finish cataclysm off because they are annoucing a new expac in october and the leaked blizzard slate states that they will release the 4th expansion q2 2012ZeroDotZero said:
