Well, I work with repeat passwords on different accounts. And I don't find it that hard to remember anyways. I have... 4 or 5 different ones.

Shit. I switched to gMail a few weeks ago, but I made a Windows Live account in order to use msn. Nicely done, Microsoft. Nicely done.

Don't think for a minute Gmail is safe, might use this time to change your password there, too.

Heh. I don't think I should worry too much, even though my school email uses Live. No one shall ever know my passwords anyway...

Best give your school a heads up as well.

Just because it is Microsoft it doesn't mean it is their fault. May as well blame the bank for when they get robbed. Hackers spend many units of time finding new ways to get into many sites. MSN is a target because a lot of people use it. Gmail will be just as much a target. Nothing is foolproof, just more difficult the first time around. And just because you haven't fallen for any scams doesn't make you immune. It's always good to change your password at least every 3 months or season change, or sooner if you have a high exposure account where at least the account name is known.

Well, I work with repeat passwords on different accounts. And I don't find it that hard to remember anyways. I have... 4 or 5 different ones.

I have about 3 or 4 from different times, like i made one password for a few accounts like 2 years ago, then a different one 1 year ago, then annother one this year. each year i change my password for new sites, however i rarely change an existing password. if so i just change some numbers, keeps it easy to remeber.
