I'm not a huge fan of top-down shooters, but for free it is worth a try, just like America's Army. I just hope the community isn't like America's Army's... that game was free and people were constantly bitching about it on the Steam forums about how the graphics weren't top notch or whatever...
I never found out how to join a server in AA 3.

Argh, if only I could preload it! (That way I won't struggle to download it tomorrow.)
I know!

I'm probably gonna forget about this game tomorrow, because I can't pre-load it.

The game looks great. I wonder why they are releasing it for free.
Hopefully I'll be able to run it on my laptop.

This makes me so happy, valve are just so awesome, half life, CSS, portal and now this, my life would have been so different without them!

Why do I get the feeling my computer won't be able to run this?
Oh right, because it was made after eighteen seventy-flipping-three.

That said, it does look fun for those who don't have coal powered computers.
Are you serious? o_O
don't you think it's time for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG needed upgrade?

OT: I might get this, since the mod was cool.
I was being hyperbolic, but frankly, I'm going to make my current one last as long as I can make it. If it can run excel, word and the internet then I'll be fine.
My overpowered glowing computer of doom and I do not understand such a philosophy Sean... At least not when it comes to tech.

For the game though it's;
1)Free - This is always awesome
2)Co-op - Ok, it just got way better
3)Classic top down shooter action? - Hell yes

...Yeah, pretty sure i'll be getting this when its released. Thanks Valve, I knew I supported you guys for some reason.

19 hours...Not soon enough!..

I ask you Escapists?!

[HEADING=1] Who Will Join me to the Purge the Alien!? which among you are brave enough!? [/HEADING]
I will! But only because I have no friends, and because I'm bored of playing my PS3!
Thats the reason i've been off my Ps3 for an age as well, no new games that attract me and to be honest its more cost effective using steam

Im unfamiliar with Steam. Do I just sign up and download the game? Any credit card imputation or anything?

I mean I'd take 15mins out of my day to file some digital information if it means I get a free game. Even if I probably won't be able to run it.
You create an account. Credit card is optional and its used only for purchasing games through steam. After you have your account you can download the game and see for yourself. If ti does not work, remember your steam password, since you will upgrade someday and then a simple login and you can play it. Not to mention that you can get so many other game through Steam.
Thank you.
