Let's think about this on a rational level. For all the game play clips they showed in the video, not a bit of it was actually any more than 'implied.' Any truly sexual gestures were made by the people in the commercial. On top of that, the Wii-Mote doesn't necessarily know where the body is; it just knows where it is. This puts it on the level of...say...Wario Ware. Anyone can just put it on your lap (or additionally, some books) rather than stuff it down their partner's waist band. On a third note, the option of actually buying it still falls to the buyer; no one has to buy it if they find it truly offensive. And lastly, I've seen worse. I can name a couple of truly gratuitous games as far as sexuality goes. Even if anyone can prove me wrong and find some sexual gestures in this game, I can still tell them it's a far cry than the bar set by games they may find worse than offensive. I suppose that's not much of a justification, but be that as it may, the game could have done far worse.
