What did you waste your Masterball on?

I didn't. I cloned it with a cheat cartridge to get an infinite number, then used them on all the pokemon I didn't have .

If I didn't cheat, I saved them for legendary stuff that runs away fast.

In Pokemon Blue I was so excited about the masterball, then after going through fifty or so pokeballs, thirty ultra and my last two great balls I decided to waste my masterball on a ditto. Lucky I managed to freeze mewtwo with an ice beam and caught it with a regular old pokeball. I thought it was impressive for the time.

I don't use master balls. I catch all my pokémon in regular old pokéballs. Adds a level of difficulty and I also think it looks better/uniform.

Well... Except for platinum version where I caught them in pokéballs that matched their colors.

I only used a master ball twice. One in Blue on Mewtwo and once on Dialga in Diamond.

On my Emerald version, I "wasted" it on Rayquaza. That Level 70 son-of-a-***** kept using Extremespeed, and i was getting pissed off. Now on my FireRed version, I still have it and I'm keeping for something else. I was able to catch Mewtwo with a standard Pokeball on the first throw, though (after knocking it down to one HP with False Swipe, paralyzing it, putting it to sleep, THEN wasting dozens of Greatballs and Ultraballs on it). -___-

In Pokemon Blue I saved mine for Mewtwo, in Ruby I used it on Groudon, this turned out to be a waste, because later I met Rayquaza, one of the most difficult to catch pokemon I've ever met.

My first ever, I used on Mewtwo, then i hacked and caught mewtwo, Missingno's and a whole bunch of other stuff with my unlimited master balls, my first play through of Gold or Silver I used it on Raikou or Entei, one of the twain.

4th Gen: Azelf ( i killed one of 'em, caught another, and neglected the last one).
