Fallout 3 and Oblivion I didn't replay them for the achievements I did it because I wanted to play through different moralities or for Oblivions case a different race. =)

I 've probably gone through Portal 4 or 5 times, but it's really short.

I'm on my 4th playthrough of Metro: 2033 right now though, as well as my 3rd for Crysis.

Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force. I've had it since 2000 when I was five, and since it's so short now that I've completely mastered it (even though it's not that hard to begin with), I can just play through half of it to let off steam every other weekend.

FFX or Kingdom Hearts 2 finished FFX 5 time and same for Kingdom hearts 2.

ResE4.I played through that game with all kinds of weird restrictions, like not using any of the guns that you get after the first sniper rifle. And then I did it AGAIN on the Wii, finally unlocking that god damned hand cannon.

And I will probably do it again some day.

KOTOR 2 has got to be around 8-9 times, Wind Waker is probably a solid 5 replays, COD 4 could easily be somewhere beyond 10 replays, Mass Effect 1 is 5-6, Mass Effect 2 is 4.5 I think, Assassin's Creed 1 and 2 are probably both 4-5, Civ: Rev is probably like 15 times, MW2 is about 4... oh dear. I think a better question is which games haven't I replayed. To date, I can think of two: Bioshock 2 and Dragon Age. DA:O because I'm in the middle of my first playthrough, and Bioshock 2 because I just have no desire to for some reason.
