You're missing out, it's a great game and has possibly the best platforming and puzzles in the SOT Trilogy.Hiphophippo said:That's actually the chief reason I'll never play that game.Swny Nerdgasm said:Can't go wrong with anything that involves Godsmack blaring from my speakersGawspel said:Any of the times I got chased by that damn Dahaka in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. That whole level was just one big mountain of awesomeness. I was shaking with adrenalin my first time playing it.Lordmarkus said:The helicopterpart in Modern Warfare 2, the one were you fly over Washington D.C. and just spray exploding bullets with a minigun. Intensity with 500 cc's of heroin.
I'd like to know that game, if you can remember it. And that last bit made me think of this.Eren Murtaugh said:The most epic video game sequence for me wasn't on a console. It was on a flash rpg(GASP!! blasphemy...). What happened was I was playing some blatant rip off of the already ripped off Star Trek Universe and about 200 tiny ships were flying straight at me. I didn't care much, I had the best ship and the best weapons. It turns out they were dragging a painfully slow almost exact replica of a Deathstar from Star Wars. Panicking because of the sheer size, I took off in a hurry and accidentally wasted my entire supply of antimatter jumping around the universe for no reason. Meaning I had to pilot a painfully slow ship against a painfully slow enemy in a painfully slow chase scene that threatened to destroy 4 months of work, as there was no quick reload and death means you lose everything...
I'm afraid I'll just have to miss out. I refuse to subject my ears to that shit willingly. Plenty of greater games don't have awful soundtracks.MiracleOfSound said:You're missing out, it's a great game and has possibly the best platforming and puzzles in the SOT Trilogy.Hiphophippo said:That's actually the chief reason I'll never play that game.Swny Nerdgasm said:Can't go wrong with anything that involves Godsmack blaring from my speakersGawspel said:Any of the times I got chased by that damn Dahaka in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. It's certainly my favorite of the three anyway.
I approve of "In the house" from 28 Days Later. My favorite song from a film.MiracleOfSound said:Metro 2033, the Chase:
So. Fucking. Intense.
Well, that's all down to taste. It's certainly not shit to a lot of people.Hiphophippo said:I'm afraid I'll just have to miss out. I refuse to subject my ears to that shit willingly. Plenty of greater games don't have awful soundtracks.
No, it's not in the game unfortunately... it is an amazing piece of music alright. Adds great intensity to any scene it is in... I loved it in 28 Weeks Later and Kick Ass:snowman6251 said:I approve of "In the house" from 28 Days Later. My favorite song from a film.
Was that added to the video or is that really in game?
Yeah I was like "OH SHIT 28 DAYS LATER!" when I watched Kickass. Its presence in Kickass made me think that maybe it got into a video game too. That's a shame cause it worked really well with the sequence.MiracleOfSound said:No, it's not in the game unfortunately... it is an amazing piece of music alright.
