Skyrim's theme song always gets me pumped up to play it, and the overall soundtrack is pretty good. The Mass Effect games also have really good soundtracks.

Soo many good choices...

Portal 2: Peppy, speedy, and perfectly gets you in the right mood for crazy puzzles while being insulted by AIs.

Mass Effect 2: Particularly the "Mission Complete" and "Suicide Run" themes.

World of Warcraft: I always felt that it was pretty much on par with the LoTR soundtrack. The Grizzly Hills and Howling Fjord themes are pretty kick-ass.

There are a ton that I love. Like Final Fantasy Mystic Quest for example. It's grossly under rated but the battle and boss themes are downright metal. I also really loved Guitaroo Man! I never played the original on the PS2 but I played the PSP port.

Okami or Phoenix Wright. All of the Phoenix Wrights. And both Okami and Okamiden. Really great stuff right there. Just sayin'.

The Dynasty Warriors series has the best music for me. Every track fits perfectly wherever it plays, and the soundtrack blends modern rock and classical Chinese music so well.
