To be fair, all the girls I've ever known for the most part have managed to get through the checklist before the guys, or maybe he's just so terrified of you all he thinks you can't possibly relate.

I believe I've given my reasons before. I'm extremely bitter because it reminds me of what I can never have. With a projected life-span into the seventies, I may have to put up with fifty more years of recognising just how badly I lost the genetic lottery.

Have you considered going to a brothel? Or picking up a prostitute? Online dating(!)? I know you're the type of person who doesn't like to take any risks and prefers to stick to his "precise calculations", but if it's going to bother you this much, I think it might be time for drastic measures. At this rate, you're just gonna keep digging yourself in a big hole with all this self loathing.

OT: I was 13 and it was on the cheek, but we had to go to different high schools so nothing came out of it. I got a make-out session at 16 and I'm 20 now.

If you two can, I'mma say as well:

Depending on if we're talking peck, or actual kiss, either when I was 12 or 13
The peck was after he had run 500 meters away from his bus that was going to leave in the next 30 seconds to bring me my PE kit which I had forgotten. I rewarded him with the peck on the cheek.
My first kiss was about 8 months later when I was 13, we were in the school library one morning quite early, so we were the only people there, save the librarian around the corner it was pouring down so we were both sodden, and we sat at one of the stupid half-hexagon tables, and somehow sweet talk between younglings turned into a kiss. He was visibly trembling as we moved in, it was kind of cute, if a bit of an odd feeling to have a vibrating boy on your face.

I'm 15 and haven't had my first real kiss, which where I live seems to be the standard age! I have however started going to formal dancing classes with a buddy. I'm having a blast and have met some really nice guys and a couple of missies! I'm not in any hurry!

Italian language camp, I'm 14 or 15 at the time. I've had only four hours sleep (stupid performances the night before) and I'm high on some energy drinks my roommates brought. And I hate you because you've never had a first kiss, as a result you're missing something but you're not entirely sure what it is. I on the other hand did manage to get involved, 5 years ago with nothing since. So I know exactly what I'm missing and am unable to get it for much the same reason as yourself.

Some of us were made ugly dude, myself being one of them. All you can do is embrace it. Failing that, if we get too desperate, there's always high class escort services or thai masseurs. Hey, Valentines day is just around the corner, lets save the bitterness for then.
