If I'm close I'd turn and face it and laugh while being incinerated.
If I where miles away I'd say what in the ass is going on here! Someones dropping nukes! Then I'd travel far away from any city. Live in the woods.

Ok that's stupid.
I'd feel pretty sad, but since I get incinerated by the nuke too quickly to feel any kind of pain, I wouldn't really panic.

Edit: "FALCOOOON...PUUUUUUUUUNCH!!!" No nuke blast can get past mine.
