because it's popular, people will hate on it to seem edgy or something stupid like that
Oh please... People are hating on it because it is literally broken. On the PS3 anyway, I can't speak for the other versions.
I've been trying every possible solution and remedy to get the game to work, at this point, I'm around 11MB and 76 hours into my game and the game is literally unplayable. I load it up then, 5 to 10 minutes into playing, the game freezes. The screen stops moving, and it won't respond to any input. I leave it going for a few minutes to see if it'll recover, but it never does. I always have to manually shut down the ps3, which means waiting for the "Checking File System" procedure to finish, which takes about 10 minutes for me. These crashes used to happen much later into playing, to the point where I could live with them, but they since made a huge jump in speed. The crashes, I should note, happen any time. Sometimes during loading screens, sometimes during dialog. It doesn't seem to matter what's happening.
So, long story short, every time I start up Skyrim, it crashes 5-10 minutes into playing. The game is literally unplayable in this state. It's not stuttering. It's not stalling. It's crashing.
It's actually quite depressing, the only game I TRULY WANTED to play this year and it fucking flopped
