See this is the problem with it. She can't actually do anything with her ownership of the sun (while she still has it) because she's just one person. She can't enforce any policies made regarding the sun.

While I won't really acknowledge her claim, I've got to say, I'm impressed with her. This has to be one of the best exploitations of a loophole I've seen in years, claiming the Sun of all things. A few things:
One, what in the law says that anyone can just lay claim to the Sun?
Two, how the hell is anybody going to 'use' the sun?
Three, if she meant 'use the sun' in a conventional manner, then she needs to start collecting from everyone during the day.

By the way, I think that owning the sun should be like owning the Sahara desert... If u can get it home, it's yours.
