The sound when the disk stops turning indicating the red ring of death. Actually in game, the noise when your charecter goes to reload when you dont realise your out of ammo. Normally happens when your one-on-one with another player or some huge alien killing machine

Don't know if this has come up but I hate it they tell you off for just browsing the shops in Fallout 3.
Usually results in a quick save massacre via rock-it launcher.

Also I hate every word that comes out of jericho's mouth. Lost count of the number of times I've killed that guy. What an absolute tool.
