It's rare to find a game that does absolutely nothing right (Dante's Inferno) and don't you think the bits a game does get right deserve a bit of praise, even just a mention? Plus I'm not sure where these credible (i.e. not people off gamespot or amazon, they only choose to review games they particularly like) reviewers who do nothing but heap praise on any title exist, the majority of reviews I've seen do mention good points but certainly bring up any criticism they have.Estocavio said:This basically - He describes the flaws of a game rather than showering it in priase like every other professional review.Skullkid4187 said:Yes, his rating system is the best. No - Well, not in these reviews. If you want to praise Dantes Inferno for example, watch the IGN or Gamespot reviews, as they are 75% praise, and sort of mention the faults. Whereas Yahtzee tells you the bad and sometimes mentions the profoundly good. The best thing to do is watch both, then crossreference.Sapient Pearwood said:It's rare to find a game that does absolutely nothing right (Dante's Inferno) and don't you think the bits a game does get right deserve a bit of praise, even just a mention?
