According to Xfire my list of 100+ single player games is:

The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff with 187 hrs (In addition to 85 for Seasons, 50 for OfB, 42 for Pets, and <1 for University, Nightlife, and Glamour Life)
And Oblivion with 110 hrs.

Games which should be on the list but haven't accumulated enough Xfire hrs:

Evil Genius (Showing 88)
Spore (Showing 50)
The Movies (Showing 36)
GalCivs 2 (Showing 33 and 36 for base and ultimate editions respectively)

My last install of FM2009 was 262 hours and my current install of FM2011 is currently at 145 hours + 200 hours or so since I last went online with that machine. I can't remember what the previous installs of these versions, or previous editions of FM or Champ Man were. Probably more. It's a game that measures your playing time in weeks after all.

I also peaked 100 hours in a single playthrough in Dragon Age: Origins (several times), Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Medieval 2. Many more including Baldur's Gate, Half-Life, Deus Ex, DOOM, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Unreal Tournament, various Dark FOrces and Jedi Knight games reached over 100 hours as I have replayed them over and over.

I imagine FF VII and Pokemon Red/Blue is gonna be on a lot of these lists, they are for me along with classics like Breath of Fire III and Uncharted Waters 2... oh and KOTOR and Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII.

Oh and FFX... BLITZBALL!

Skyrim, Fallout 3, Oblivion, CoD 4, MW2 (most unfortunately, I was naive for about 6 months), Halo 3, Halo Reach, BF2142, BF:BC/BC2, BF3, TF2, SWAT4, GoW 3, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Theme Park World, UT, UT2k4, WoW, Guild Wars, RuneScape, Sims 1, Sims 2, C&C3, the entire Total War/Mass Effect/Splinter Cell/Rainbow Six series as a whole and many, many more (probably).

A mix of PC & 360, PS2 & Xbox. Collection of games from the past decade.
Am I proud of the amount of hours I've wasted? No. Am I embarrassed? Far from it.
I play games instead of where most people would go to the cinema or watch TV at home. I get out, maybe not enough, but I get out at least a few times a week and I have fantastic computer skills and extensive general knowledge. I'm highly sociable so it's not like I've developed any negatives out of playing too many games, I've just missed out on more positives throughout my teen years.

EDIT: After re-reading this post I think it sounds like I've answered a bloody job interview question.

Job please. :D

Exact numbers are hard to come by given that these games have taken place across multiple machines over multiple years, but a few spring to mind.

Dragon Age Origins: 120 hours
Dragon Age 2: 100 hours
Oblivion: 250+ hours on one save file. Don't remember what the running total was.
Skyrim: 120 hours
Fallout 3: 140 hours
Fallout New Vegas: 135 hours, 42 minutes
Spyro The Dragon: My childhood.

there are many more, but these are the main ones.

terraria - 101 hours
deus ex HR - 107 hours
skyrim - 278 hours
civ 5 (exclusively single player for me) 499 hours

and i dont know the exact number of hours i put into FFx-2 but it must be more than a hundred. the story was horrid and the characters one dimensional porn stars (not that i have too much of a problem with that) but the combat and levelling was indeed great - and i once spent 14 hours straight managing my blitzball team. i kid you not.

The Bum said:
Empire: Total war - 200 Hours
Total war: Shogun 2 - 212 Hours

Runners up:

Rome: Total war - approx 90 Hours
Mount and Blade - 88 Hours
Mount and Blade: Warband - 92 hours
Skyim - 60

Bit of an armchair general, I am.
you, sir, are a legend. Total War and Mount & Blade are my two favorite series.

i just hit the 600 hour mark on Shogun 2.....

it was basically all i played in 2011.

im a bit of a total war princess, i started with Napoleon, so any of the older ones that don't have unit replenishment bum me out.

but i also play the Mount & Musket mod, are you familiar with this?

My longest is fallout new vegas +DLC at 153 hours, errm skyrim (113 hours) and oblivion both have probably over a hundred each im not really sure as i relie on steam to tell me how long i have spent on them, errm ocarina of time, probably a combo of pokemon red, yellow and blue would be over 100 hours maybe (i gave up with the franchise after these games).
I forgot RA2 that is by far my most i still play it through that game when i am bored to day, so 200+ probably in single player, and online another 100+.
