Bullseye-Daredevil/Marvel universe. Always loved this guy.
The Riddler-Batman/DC universe. Only started appreciating this character in the past year or so.
GALACTUS/Gah-Lak-Tus-Marvel universe. He eats planets and doesn't afraid of anything.

Every version of The Joker there ever was. Also, Darth Nihilous, and the Smoker from L4D.
Score one for Cesar Romero

Ocelot since he is always cool

General Zakeav since he has reasons

THE JOKER (R.I.P) Dam he did it perfect which could justify his untimely demise because a wiseman once said "if your ever going to do something so awesome and revoultionary then make sure it's the last thing you ever do in your life otherwise you have to put up with the pressure to do something better"
Umm... hate to disappoint you, but the Joker is not dead, only the actor portraying him died. The studios will end replacing Heath Ledger with someone else.

Grant Morrison- Animal Man.

I thought the real joker died, and the movie version was saved by Batman for a twist.

Even though it is understood that he was talking about Heath Ledger, he should have placed that because he could have been easily talking about The Dark Knight Returns.
