So really the one thing I was waiting to see is if they would be adding the gun smithing animations from the second game, and they have. This shows they actually are adding the improved gameplay from the sequel and not just enhancing the textures. Whether this is worth it for anyone is another question. But I will ask, if you compare this to Demon's Souls on PS5 (also priced at 70 dollars), how is this less of a remake? I wouldn't say either (along with Shadow of the Colossus on PS4) are remakes, not in the same way REmake, RE2 Remake, FF7 Remake, and even MGS: Twin Snakes are remakes, just way more enhanced remasters. Yet ND seems to be getting a lot more heat for giving TLoU the Demon's Souls treatment than Demon's Souls certainly did. So is this people finally being done with this kind of "remake" at this price, or is this still excess fall-out from TLoU2?
