He's ruining the thing, sure, but he's taking ages to do it. Either run it properly or kill it off quickly, this long and drawn out business is getting tiresome.
He is simply proving that he's incompetent even at the basic skill of being incompetent.

Fun read. Also, likes are apparently systematically disappearing from the thread

You know, it's probably good for Musk that he took twitter private

If it were still publicly traded shareholders would've assassinated him by now

He's not actually the only shareholder. Second biggest is a Saudi prince, for example. Last I checked, they're not above having people murdered.

Then again, considering Twitters role in civil rights movements and dissent in that region, helping put Musk in charge by wasting a few billion might be worth it to them.

Twitter is now rolling out a new ad format that... doesn't disclose its an ad or who posted it (in apparent contravention of European law), and cannot be blocked or reported.
Could this then finally be the thing that gets Twitter banned in the EU? Oh one can only hope...

Ultimately, the studio never pulled the trigger on firing Heard because her former boyfriend, Elon Musk, had one of his litigators send a “scorched-earth letter to Warner Bros. threatening to burn the house down” if the actress wasn’t brought back for a sequel, says a source familiar with the behind-the-scenes battle. Warner Bros. caved and moved forward with Heard. (Musk did not respond to a request for comment.)
Musk continues to be the most divorced thing of all time.

Why the fuck does Musk even care? Will this asshole please go away from everything now?!

As for the drama: it sucks so much happened on the set. Amber is one thing and was unavoidable, but I wasn't expecting Mamoa to be drunk on the set.

I think you've sot of answered your own question, he's desperate to be seen as important and omnipresent so he has to get involved in everything and make things worse in a headliney way.

The suspicion is that he's a massive narcissist, and he can't stop himself from trying to grab people's attention.
