Ugh, they should just put a bullet into this guy's head. I don't care how disabled he is. Quit giving him the time of day and let him blow his money on this never ending courtroom farce.

...And then Erik hung himself with a rope comprised from the cables of his dead consoles.

Wow he got booted off of PSN for bad behavior, and now is whining and suing over stuff that is fixed for free?

Also how can someone with three gaming consoles sue Microsoft for not having enough money to afford a free shipping and repair?

If we band all our thinking power into a mental 'distributed thinking' sort of thing. We might be able to crush his skull and remove any trace of his DNA from the planet. Synchronize your watches men. Operation 'thinking-distributedly-so-we-can-crush-some-guys-head' begins at dawn.

Watch has been synchronized. Remember, dreams shape reality, people!*

*Hooray for ridiculously obscure references. Someone gets that one, they'll earn my undying respect. Or at least enough surprise where my brain implodes.

The Irony would be, if the only person who got said references was the agoraphobic moron of epic proportions.

Next thing he will be suing sega because he didnt like the last sonic game.
The sad thing is that this will prolly be legit if the judge played Sonic Unleashed as well, but you got a point there... he will prolly do it.

Sue whoever has money and become rich like the moron who thought his tempomatic to be an autopilot, the old hag who was surprised that her coffee of McD's was hot and I am pretty sure there was something about a musly mix containing actual nuts or something, I dunno, they sue because of everything and this guy apparently tries it with the help of the tear-valve he steps on all the time by adding, shocker incomming, yet another issue he has to deal with in daily life....

..... if he is that troubled, why is he playing X-box Live in the first place? Wonder if he will sue the XBLA community even for "hurting his feelings". -_-#

This is funny. The first thing I thought of after reading this was Jack Thompson's frivolous lawsuits without any merit. I'm no lawyer, but my guess is these suits will be dismissed. You can't sue Microsoft because your Xbox broke (different from defective). If that were possible, hundreds of thousands of gamers would've already tried that.

Yeah this about sums it up. Well that and the words "Not a chance in hell."
I really have to laugh though 'cause he claims he can't afford to get his 360 fixed, but he can apparently afford a lawyer to sue Microsoft.
Hey, you are pointing out the plotholes in his scheme. Be careful he he might hire Hollywood to sue you as well, as plotholes are their work.

But nonetheless... I am not American, so I certainly can't say that I know how much a lawyer costs, but from what I gathered so far, don'T you really need a huuuuge financial backup AND some reputation or at least a name to be even able to TALK to a Grade-S type of lawyer?

.... Just wondering.

What would be hilarious is if Microsoft and Ninty counter-sued... then Sony sued them; "He's our *****!", then I sued all fish globally, then Max sued television, then television sued the internet, which then sued gay porn, which sued hentai, which got all the nerds in a rage who then all simultaneously disemboweled themselves which rid the world of all diseases and we were all happy and yay but then the technological infrastructure collapsed and then we were screwed BECAUSE NOW THERE'S NO APPLE GUY LEFT TO SAVE US.
