So if he is disabled, then he will be using taxpayer dollars to pay for these court costs, especially when he loses each one. What a leech. If I was stuck at home and had issues with current consoles, then I'd be hitting Amazon and Ebay for older and better consoles, and be spending a lot less money. I feel for ya, dude. Nobody deserves all that on their platter, but get over it.

This is like suing nintendo for releasing a firmware update that prevented a homebrew bug so you couldn't play priated games.

He agreed to the EULA when he created the account and he violated it by talking smack online. He's acting like they broke into his house and beat him over the head with a bat.

In regards to the Nintendo lawsuit:

The character he is referring to is unlockable without Super Mario Galaxy, it just takes some effort. If he really wanted to unlock it, he could put in a small bit of effort, and do what is required to unlock it. That or rent Super Mario Galaxy. This case will be thrown out right away, or so I hope.

I both agree and disagree with this guy. I agree with the Microsoft thing because of the high failure rate of the older consoles but disagree with the other stuff because he hack the Wii so he voided warranty and has no rights there and the PSN thing is something that was most likely his own fault so he's gonna have to live with the consequences.
