This guy is the best, cheered me up immensely. If he can afford a Wii, PS3, and a 360, I am pretty sure he isn't strapped for cash and can buy another 360 if anything.
Now that I can accept as a fair case. McDonalds specifically keep their coffee at higher than normal temperatures and have refused to fall in line with H&S recommendations due to "customer desires". If you're deliberately ignoring the law, then you deserve to be reprimanded.Donnyp said:

Sounds like the guy is also suffering from a serious case of Entitlement Syndrome - characterized by the person always needing to get their way becuase "they're special, dammit!"
And on that note, I should send my lawyers after Mattel - my Intellivision isn't working online. The suffering this has caused me has got to be worth.. I dunno... $5,000?

I can just imagine the Microsoft and Nintendo reps being like "What the hell?," and Sony rep walks in and be like "I know!"
these cases are going to get thrown out so fast its not funny.
first on the nintendo front, its ILLEGAL to hack your consoles, and thats exactly what the homebrew channel is. not only will this get throw out of court in less than a minute, but the idiot (and i use that word to avoid using the nasty word i REALLY want to use) has just tipped nintendo off to this and they can in turn sue him for hacking it and they WILL win that case.
as for the microsoft one, its likely to get thrown out of court as well, but i do believe that microsoft will offer some kind of "good charity" deal. likely theyll offer him a new 360 and probably throw in quite a few extras as well. if he doesent take it and instead takes them to court (which im sure he will), microsoft will likely win here as well. he may be "disabled" but the us post office, ups AND fedex will all come to your house and pick up any packages, and ups and fedex will even box it up for you if need be. ms can argue that he could have done this but didnt. furthermore, when a products warrany runs out thats all she wrote, and if this is the case he has no case.
