Agoraphobic PS3 Owner Sues Microsoft, Nintendo

Me mum's in a wheelchair, so now I'm gonna sue car companies for not making it possible for her to drive, GameStop because it's impossible to get her there to buy me games, and this idiot for taking his first step into madness with Sony. And another suit for plunging into stupidity with this now.

If he was banned for inappropriate behavior, I'm guessing he was harassing someone somehow. And don't the companies have a sort of obligation (even if it's just for customer satisfaction) to get rid of problems that keep players from having a good time?

Besides, if you're "damaged" by just being banned from an online network, you need to be put in some kind of mental rehab center.

So he is TOO POOR to afford to get the RROD sent to microsoft which is virtually nothing and yet HE CAN AFFORD EVERY SINGLE BLOODY CONSOLE.

Nintendo have stated that homebrewing your console is illegal so he will lose that case.
