This'll have to be my last post for the night....
I'm not particularly sure how the balance of that statement works, specifically connecting "boys becoming fathers" to hedomism, but okay. Father in the social sense? Because any boy can biologically be a father upon reaching a certain age.
That's great if we're talking fetishes, but you're talking exposure to sexuality period, so it doesn't hold up.Gentile said:Television only does so much because everybody has access to it. It's what people do when they're alone that really shows who they are. And what they're really into.
Quite possibly, though with the increase of people complaining about seventh graders being taught, I think you're probably in the extreme, not me.Sexual education begins at grade 3 where I am from, And I went through it in grade 5. Maybe it's a regional thing.
Shockingly, I have plenty of friends who are gay. We're still around 10% of the population. I also have several friends who are trans. We're still less than 1% of the population. This should demonstrate two things: The tendency of our own personal experiences to be skewed, and the tendency of like to find like.Shockingly, I do have plenty of friends who have a greater affinity for spiritual wellness as opposed to physical pleasure. There was a time not too long ago where sex was taboo to the point where people can at least respect the fact that there is a time and place to talk about it. Oh, by the way - you should also know that I am of the belief that it is important for boys to work toward being fathers. Meaning that if the basic instinct is hedonism, then sexual promiscuity would seem far more tempting than sleeping with a wife for the rest of his life.

You're the one making the point, back it up. Don't ask me to prove your point for you, especially when the information I've already seen on the subject contradicts you. If you have real information then post it by all means, but your other arguments seem completely ass-backwards, so it's hard to imagine you've actually researched this one thoroughly. As for your last point. All I have to say is - do your research on retired pornstars. Please.
