I mean how quickly will the governments of the world resort to genocide as that is essentially what is called for in dealing with it.
It's one aspect that is never covered in much detail in various zombie fictions, they are all so keen to establish "yes, they're zombies, not human any more It's OK to kill them" when if you think about it it would be no where near that clear cut.

That, Treblaine is why we have our second amendment... The right to bear gatorade. And also why citzen arrests were invented in the first place. Man I'm glad I don't live in Minnesota.
The court was wrong here.
Simply put malls are private property and as such they have the right to ban solicitation of any kind, including the simple handing out of pamphlets, giving speeches, or whatever else. It is still private property. What's more if they were there just running around and goofing off without any business, then they were guilty of loitering. Of course I don't know what else happened behind this case.
Even on public property you technically need to get permits and such to assemble for a protest or whatever. Though of course any LARGE assembly gets around this by simply having far too many people for them to do anything about.
There ARE exceptions to all of this though. For example *some* towns still include laws about a "town green" (a specifically dedicated area) being open for ad-lib speeches and protests all the time. This same kind of law applies to some parks and such also. Meaning for example that if you want to assemble 200 people to protest the local goverment or do whatever, you can hold your demonstration on the town green without having to announce it
and get permission.
