I'm more curious if he did actually rape her, he's accused of it, but innocent until proven guilty, right? I'd have thought 10-20 years in the slammer for posting a want ad on facebook for a supposed hitman might've been a bit harsh, but now knowing that he raped the girl he wanted 'whacked', i couldn't be more glad the little turd has been taken into custody.

It's amazing how people are so certain that anyone in a position of authority (police/bosses/teachers/your mom/etc) does not use facebook, even though its privacy policy is remarkably poor even for a social network. They just need to know your name, dudes.
