Stray was nominated for GOTY, and everybody hates AAA publishers right now.
Look my prediction isn't that serious especially to the point of it being early access that was made but Hades 2 will have ZERO serious negative criticism. Rebirth- yeah, it's popular, and yeah, it's good, but it also "forced" reviewers to play a fuckton of side missions many of which are annoying so there is a hit to it. All I'm saying is that Hades 2 so far looks like the only game in a while that's likely to have only positive accolades.
I have no idea how Outlaws will be, so far I've only seen pew pew and cut scenes which is a big *yawn* for me and mostly it's getting crap for its pricing. AssCreed will be AssCreed- nominated for music or whatever, of course it'll never win serious awards that's not what AssCreeds are for. Indy Jones frankly looks like butt to me I agree I don't see it making any impact, a year after it comes out we'll be like "remember that Indiana Jones game?"
All of which is the perfect time for a beloved indy to become champion, an indy that exceeds even the highest expectation from a beloved developer, in a year where gamers and critics are eager to reward indy games.
