My whole family does except I think my brother. I refuse to get the machine and we tease my mum and call her a heffalump. or elephant. whichever annoys her more that dayTheKruzdawg said:My dad had sleep apnea and had a machine like that. To make light of it we'd joke about how he sounded like Darth Vader with it on.Roganzar said:On my back with the help of a Cpap.
Apnea sucks, but since I got the Cpap machine I do so much better.
It's true that sleeping on your back tends to lead to sleep paralysis in those who are already prone to it, but the nightmare thing is crazy speculation at best.Black Arrow Officer said:What position do you sleep in? Since I was born, I've slept the same way-on my stomach with my head facing the wall. My friend says I'm lucky to sleep that way because it helps prevent sleep paralysis and nightmares. He sleeps on his back and gets sleep paralysis constantly as well as nightmares almost every night. He says he can't help it because if he sleeps on his stomach he can feel his heartbeat and it creeps him out.
Occasionally I'll get sleep paralysis from time to time. I've found what works for me is to wiggle my fingers and toes. It seems to shock the rest of my nervous system back to life. I sleep on my stomach and side most of the time, but it still happens.Black Arrow Officer said:He sleeps on his back and gets sleep paralysis constantly as well as nightmares almost every night. Hey, me too! I must admit, I get paranoid even under the conditions you mentioned without a locked bedroom door and both a flashlight and a stout stick within easy reach of my bed.Fiz_The_Toaster said:I tend to sleep either on my back or on my side facing the door with my back to the wall...
I get paranoid otherwise, hell if I know why that is.
Where did you get the idea that ass jam is sexy and how long have you suffered under this delusion?Mackheath said:Spread out like a layer of sexy-ass jam.
You're a lucky guy mate, I have always had trouble sleeping. I suffer from chronic migraines and as such find sleeping in ANY position an ordeal.Black Arrow Officer said:What position do you sleep in?
