Jet Force Gemini. One of the best 3rd person shooters of all time, even now. I still think it plays better than RE4.

Hrm...either the first Clock Tower, the first Parasite Eve, or Koudelka. Honestly, I'm leaning towards Parasite Eve. Can you imagine that game in updated graphics? I mean, for PS1, they aren't that bad (or I thought, anyways) but like...PS3? It'd look fantastic. Plus, it's just a fun game to begin with. :3
