Leaked Microsoft Video Reveals Horrible Future for PC Gaming

Anyway, at least we can see an end to GFWL with this. It?s a crap security system and anything that requires installing extra programs to play a game that I payed for can lick my balls.
This is already epic fail. No one would really want this, and some major publishers have refused to work with a setup like this already. This is no threat to PC gaming, that is for sure. The only people this could hurt is Microsoft, so let them shoot themselves in the foot.
They already failed with their GFWL game store, why would they try something like this.

2) the avatar thing is 'cute' but not in the good way, anybody that would be there for the social end, probably has Second Life, and if you can build a make textures, you can MAKE MONEY off that one

but seriously though, this isn't a big deal. Just because Microsoft is going after your mother with a burning passion doesn't mean they will abandon you.
Sure your mom is nice, pretty, and smells good but unlike you, she doesn't do the hardcore stuff you do.
at the end of the day, when they are tired of hearing her yakking all day and night they will come back to you, grateful that someone is there.

The "future" is such a lose term. It seems more like "updating the present" and not even for everyone. This seems like something a stay at home mom/dad would enjoy, preteens or just causal audience members would enjoy.antipunt said:

I'm just not that worried about PC gaming. PCs aren't going away any time soon and if they do, well Im sorry. But anyway, I laughed at the myspace cameo in there. Its like myspace refuses to go away no matter what. But still companies aren't going to stop making graphics cards and chips that can support gaming. blaaah Im rambling
