You get a cookie good sir. Now to the current topic,
.....Wow. Shows how far civilization has really come. Jesus Christ, do people really need to jerk it so bad that they would spend at least a hundred bucks, plus the money for games, to do so?

It's going to be SO HILARIOUS watching a guy try to buy this in public. The old grandma behind the guy will have sucha disapproving look.

Well...I'm not sure why AO Games need a specific console. I mean, the idea I thought of why consoles were great for gaming over the PC was because a console was easy to pick up and play compared to the PC. I don't have any of the current consoles (Xbox 360, etc.) to judge, but considering what some Australian-Reviewing critic says about "Bionic Commando", I should probably eat my shoe for keeping to that opinion on consoles.

Still, I don't see why a console has to be made. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to make them for the PC in the first place?

As a servent of the Goddess of perversion, I would have to say I'd pay around $400-$500 American for a sex-box, depending on quality.

But then for me It's a religious thing.

If nothing else resurrects Jack Thompson to media relevance, then the release of this machine ought to do it.

Will they be making adult spoofs of Games like the porn companies do adult spoofs of Movie's? Mass Erect? Cock of Duty? etc etc................
Damnit, Meryll Takes Solid, Don't Resistance, Ballout 3, and Guitar Hero: Back Stage Pass was what I was wonding about.

You would think they would just make computer games... I'm wondering more about the design of the system myself.

Erm...

Won't people just google the games? Y'know, get videos of the games at work, so to say?

LOL! I love Futurama.

Anyway, I can't say a can really get behind the idea of an AO console, since you could probably do just as well making games and peripherals for the PC and not have to mess around with uber expensive hardware that nobody is going to buy and that only a few developers are ever going to make games for. It just seems like introducing a whole platform for this type of thing is a really bad idea from an economic standpoint; almost as bad as marketing the thing anywhere outside of Japan.

Not to mention that this is going to give the moronic media pundits who got their panties in a twist over the relatively benign Mass Effect even more ammo in their battle to prove that all games are corrupting our societies by way of tits and vagina. I suspect a dark conspiracy of feminists and bar/club/restaraunt owners who see sex games as a very tangible threat to a constant supply of free drinks and meals for the former and a constant stream of income for the latter, coming of course from sad, patheitc creatures (i.e. most men) who are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on women and get nothing in return. I suspect this group is also responsible for the illegalization of prostitution, but that's just my crazy theory. Pay me no mind.

No, seriously! You can ignore me! I'm saying this of my own free will! I'm definitely not being influenced by Wolfgang Puck and Oprah Winfrey who are standing behind me with butcher knife and .38 special, respectively, up against my head! Honest!

For instance: which would you rather watch with your mom--hardcore violence or hardcore pornography?

With MY mom? Definitely porn! I mean, she would freak out either way, but at least with porn I could laugh my ass off at her reactions and not look like a psychopath. Ever see a two girls one cup reaction vid? I imagine it would be something like that.

Actually, that's all that really needs to be said. The Japanese and German adult gaming industries have been churning out AO-rated content for ages now. Making a whole console around adult gaming is silly, because why should you buy a console (one which focuses solely on adult content) when a machine you already own can do the exact same thing? A better idea would be to make an adult game provider client: an AO version of Steam. That would make BIG bucks.
EXCELLENT! We'll call it "Steam-en".

I can see these being sold to children, because the parents don't care. They will then curse the gaming companies.

Also...

A video gaming system console comprised of computer hardware with unique user controls which plays interactive Adult Only rated (AO) video game software titles, and has proprietary software and firmware that provides access to associated AO content and entertainment in all other digital forms.

When I read this line, I immediately thought of the Japanese guy who made a computer controlled sex toy for men and women controllable over the Internet. Now THAT would be awesome. Granted, I wouldn't want to buy it, but still awesome.
I know it'll be just mouse and keyboard. Best interface designed.

Or, for you young whippersnappers who weren't so much as an itch in your dad's nutsack in the late 70's / early 80's...

That just made my day/week/month/life.

Anyway, I would have very little interest in such a product, but I am interested what that cardboard box looking dude is.
