Yeah but you tend to get about three in before you need to go, provided you drink fast. ultimately it ends to something like that, the liquid's gotta go somewhere

Oh yeah, definitely, wouldn't make sense otherwise. But after those first few pints, when you start to go to the toilet, then you roughly need to go again after every pint or so. As you say, it has to go somewhere .

All joking aside, I think the idea here isn't for someone to down a beverage like that straight in one sitting. If your on a long trip, or going to be chained to a desk for a long period of time without being able to go anywhere except maybe to the bathroom, then a rather huge beverage is nice to have. It's sort of like making a pot of coffee for yourself and keeping on (or near) your desk, of filling up a Thermos.
